The Myth

This story begins before there was a time whatsoever, when the hours, the minutes and the seconds hadn't been born yet. Even before the present moment was conceived. The king who ruled by the time was not powerful, he didn't even know he was the king, and he didn't know he ruled over a kingdom because everything was upside down. His name was Confusion, and his kingdom was Lost. The oracle was just a baby when all this happened. So, as the story goes on it gets more dramatic. Confusion was very confused, he was trying to invent time, but he didn't quite understand the concept because it didn't exist at the time. So, what he did, and if he had known or understood the consequences of his terrible act he would probably do it again... So, what he did was to create Death, and the next thing he did was dying. So Death was left alone with Confusion in what was going to be known as The Other World, or The Other Dimension or whatever you want to call it. Indeed it's a place Lost in Time and Lost in Space.
All this Death and Confusion created Dispair, which is why we are here. Because we are running away from it. The Tragedy of our lives is, though, that once we start running away from dispair it has already caught us, and we take it with us wherever we go. That's why sometimes our lifes seem absurd, or pointless. Because they are! We are running away from something that has alrady caught us up.
So, everything that existed in the kingdom of Lost moved away from it creating a big explotion elsewhere. This place we know as the Universe. The very moment the Universe was created Time was born, and the the first Second, and the first Minute and the first Hour and the first Day, and the first Week, and the first Month, and the first Year, and many many many millions of years afterwards I was born and you were born. Still running away from the original Dispair that got us since before we started this journey.
Therefore I am not afraid of the Death, because it will be like going Home.
